We, as plaintiffs, believe that these investigations into our licenses are an attempt to punish us for violating this “position statement” – a statement, which, contrary to due political process, is being treated and enforced as a “rule”, when it in fact has no such legal standing.

Those are the words of our Plaintiff, Dr. Michael Turner as he describes his battle against the Washington Medical Commission. Dr. Turner is currently involved in two critical cases with the Silent Majority Foundation. One of these cases involves challenging the Washington Medical Commission's COVID-19 Misinformation Position Statement, which threatens the free speech of doctors in Washington. Dr. Turner is one of several clients leading the charge to protect the rights of healthcare professionals to speak out and provide informed opinions without fear of punishment from the WMC.

I support testing science and providing truthful reporting of health problems with the illegal vaccination and the imposed lockdown conditions that did not work. A safe and effective vaccine was not delivered. The WMC is complicit in this misrepresentation and also the misuse of power over the people through force/induced fraudulent vaccines and other injections. The C19 vaccine has to stop.
We need to have a choice. Dr. Turner is a well educated doctor who is being made an example to the rest of us. If you go against the narrative, you will be punished. This is made to create fear in anyone that might consider standing up for their beliefs. I support Dr. Turner and silent majority foundation, and all the other doctors, nurses and medical staff that stood up for what they knew was right. I too, stood up for my belief and was persecuted for my choices.
