Hello SMF family! Over the last week we have been sharing the testimonies of our Zimmerman v. PeaceHealth plaintiff’s. Their courage in taking a stand for their rights is a story that must be told. Take, for example, the words of our client Nancy, who shares her experience as a healthcare worker at a PeaceHealth facility who witnessed the politicizing of the COVID-19 mandates that lead to an increasingly hostile work environment for those who dared question the “science.”
"The work environment at PeaceHealth leading up to the vaccine mandates was increasingly hostile. Although one would expect a culture of receptivity to scientific inquiry, particularly in a medical setting, rather there was a growing attitude that those declining to take the experimental shots were “right-wing” types - being more preoccupied with their sovereign rights than the ‘collective good.’ There was a growing politicized atmosphere, as opposed to one of ongoing dialogue in keeping with the language promoting ‘evidence-based practice.’ Those bringing different data than the ongoing media slogans were inadvertently assigned to the right-wing or extremist ideology. Not wishing to be labeled, I found myself and many others whispering amongst ourselves about the odd findings we were witnessing in vaccinated patients such as cardiac events in young people, and unusual blood clots, to mention a few. I heard sarcastic remarks by nursing staff about “anti-vaxxers” and rolling of the eyes when referring to a patient who ‘needed to be redirected’ due to their views on COVID-19. One nurse snickered to other nurses that the patient she had admitted had Hydroxychloroquine on his medication list: ‘wasn’t that the drug that Donald Trump took?’
Nothing is New Under the Sun
As our legal team works on this case, we can’t help but be reminded of several key events that have taken place throughout history. Certainly, topics like the Spanish Flu and the AIDS epidemic come to mind; but we are also reminded of the Anthrax Vaccine Program that took place prior-to and during the Gulf War. Dr. Peterson Pierre with Americas Frontline Doctors shares a great historical perspective on Anthrax and the COVID-19 vaccine program.
For a personal perspective on the Anthrax Vaccine Program, you can read an account by Retired Navy personnel, Dale Courtney. Mr. Courtney asks us to observe the similarities between the COVID mandates and the AVP (Anthrax Vaccine Program) including:
The experimental nature of the vaccine.
The lack of clear evidence of effectiveness and safety.
The attack on natural immunity in favor of “vaccine-induced immunity.”
The inconsistencies (cover-up) of adverse events.
The illegal vaccine mandate issued to our military and DOD civilians, and subsequent punishment of those who decline the shot.
“Those in command seem to have shrugged their shoulders at the numbers of people leaving military service, with the attitude that an order was given and it should be carried out,” he said in an appearance before a House subcommittee. “We are growing tired of the denials-that everything is OK-when in fact it isn’t.”

Never before in our history has there been such a time of tremendous overturning of commonly-held beliefs and confidences in established “heroes” as has taken place in the last 8 years. What we have now is a People who are unwilling to continue to allow government-overreach, abuse and lies, no matter the consequences. You see, our plaintiff’s in the Zimmerman case are fighting for all of us. When we are told to ingest a substance into our bodies that may or may not be safe and effective, those issuing the “mandate” face no consequences while the People take on the damage from experimental and failed treatments. Just like those who warned of the government shenanigans and adverse effects from the Anthrax Vaccine Program, these courageous individuals refused to back-down from defending their Constitutionally-guaranteed rights in the face of hostility, discrimination, loss of income, loss of careers and extreme emotional distress. Their fight is a fight for We the People. Now is the time to make history together.
That’s why we’ve taken up the Zimmerman case, and why we’re proud to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with our Plaintiff’s in court. But we can’t do this alone.
Will you make a special gift of $50 or more today and support their case and others like it? Your gift today will help us continue to fight against these repeated assaults on our health and medical freedom.
Remember—it’s not our clients’ rights that are at issue. It’s the freedom of EVERY person to be free to make health decisions —and to be free of institutional and government punishment for doing so.
