Hello SMFers! What a powerful weekend we had at the Summer Freedom Fest in Redmond put on by Let’s Go Washington! The huge community of people gathered for this event was, well, just that - a community. A community focused on defeating the tyrannical and unconstitutional laws in Washington state, ensuring freedom and equality for all citizens, and restoring liberty and justice across the state. This event served as a reminder that We the People are a strong force for good.

Meet Dr. Brandon Walker, DDS
While we are at it, who is Dr. Walker? Dr. Brandon Walker was raised in community service oriented family in the Pacific Northwest. He served in the United States Marine Corps from 2005-2015 as a Signals Intelligence Collector and Analyst. Most notably, he served with U.S. Special Operations Command in support of various high value mission sets across the globe.
Dr. Walker holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Public Health from American Military University. He completed his Doctorate of Dental Surgery at the University of Washington School of Dentistry and is a practicing clinician in the Greater Seattle region.
A dedicated father to one son, Dr. Walker plays an active role in his family and community. He enjoys volunteering at his son’s school as a WATCH D.O.G. (Dads of Great Students) and teaches adaptive swim lessons to young children with autism, sensory disorders, and physical disabilities.
Dr. Walker is a strong advocate for traditional American values, constitutional rights, common sense public health, and parental rights. His commitment to service is amplified through his work with Silent Majority Foundation on a mission that is deeply personal and critical in our increasingly polarizing society.
Dr. Walker answered our call for volunteers and has been an integral part of expanding our reach and letting people know what we do here at SMF. We are thankful for his passion to Washington restored to its former glory!
Update on PeaceHealth Lawsuits
On 12/12/2022, Silent Majority Foundation filed a class action lawsuit against PeaceHealth on behalf of PeaceHealth employees who were placed on indefinite administrative leave without pay for failure to receive the COVID-19 shot. These employees sought religious exemptions and received them, but PeaceHealth refused to accommodate them. We are seeking injunctive relief (to end the indefinite leave without pay and regain employment) and damages.
In April of 2024, SMF filed an Amended Complaint in this case, adding four more plaintiffs who were harmed by PeaceHealth’s vaccine mandate policy. Our case is moving forward on three claims:
Plaintiffs’ Failure to Accommodate - PeaceHealth granted religious exemptions but then refused to provide accommodations citing “undue hardship.” It is thus the burden of PeaceHealth to prove undue hardship was at play when determining their vaccination and exemption policy. The judge states: “At this stage, with the limited record before the Court, Defendants have not met their burden.” Motion to Dismiss - denied!
Unlawful Employment Discrimination – Based on discrimination against religious beliefs, was DENIED.
Plaintiffs' Claim for Injunctive relief regarding Plaintiffs’ individual reasonable accommodation - Claim for Injunctive Relief regarding the Vaccine Policy was DISMISSED as to PeaceHealth’s mandate, although the court left alive individual claims for reasonable accommodations.
Not only did our clients face the difficult decision of putting an untested substance in their body in order to keep their job, but they also faced harassment and a hostile work environment at PeaceHealth facilities. Notably, PeaceHealth did NOT challenge our hostile work environment claims, and they remain live. Here is a snippet of the experiences suffered by one of our courageous clients, Ms. Dudik
‘Dudik also experienced a hostile work environment. Taylor Looney, a coworker and RN, told Dudik, of her decision not to take the vaccine, “That is a very stupid decision. You are putting nails in your own coffin of your nursing career. You will not going to be able to get a job anywhere. If I were you, I would take it.” Tonya Liable, secretary, opined, “If all these stubborn people just took the vaccine like all of us there wouldn’t be so much death around us. It’s all their fault. They are the ones killing these people.”’
You can read our clients’ statements in full below:
As of today, this case remains in the Discovery process. SMF has requested information from PeaceHealth, which we have yet to receive. Should we not receive a response shortly, we will be forced to file a Motion to Compel to ensure that this case moves forward in a timely fashion. A motion to compel is a formal request to the court to order a party in a lawsuit to comply with discovery requests. This court can order a party to respond to requests for production/admission, interrogatories, or subpoenas.
Our next case deadline is coming up on 09/03/2024. Both parties in the case are required to disclose expert testimony by court order.
Case for Support
Currently, we are at 49% of the funds needed to continue our litigation in this case (and that assumes we will not be required to expend significant resources on expert testimony—we recently spent $50,000 on expert testimony in our Guardian Arms case). Your support is imperative to our ability to continue to take on corporations and agencies who think they have the power to ignore and violate your constitutional rights. Each donation goes directly toward court costs and the legal work required to bring justice for our clients who stand strong in this battle. Thank you, and God bless you!
