Hello SMF Family! As I’m sure you are aware, the State issued its final decision on the Motion for Stay in our Washington v. Gators Custom Guns case. The Supreme Court Commissioners opinion is attached below. Obviously, we are disappointed, although we anticipated this response. Rest assured that our team is working tirelessly to protect your second amendment rights and we will continue to do so as we take our next steps in this case.
