Hearing Update - Gators Guns

Almost there!

Hello SMF Family! As you know this morning was our hearing in the Washington State v. Gators Custom Guns case. If you didn’t catch the reply brief last week for the Motions for Summary Judgment that Attorney Austin Hatcher filed, you can read that document here. Austin did a fantastic job with the brief, as well as today in front of Judge Bashor. Thank you, Austin!

We expect a ruling from Judge Bashor in 2 weeks but we could hear sooner. Our team remains positive about this case and look forward to a ruling. Thank you for your continued support!
