SMF v. Inslee is officially dead. Washington State Court of Appeals has denied review.
This case was over the Governor’s emergency powers he embraced during C19.

Makes me want to just give up and run to Idaho tbh, feels like bad news all around, I will continue to donate what I can, but these lost court cases really hit me in the guy
